Kristin Scott Thomas will write, direct and produce a Broadway musical based on “Frozen,” according to Variety.
The story will explore the life of Anna, Elsa and Olaf and will star Kristen Bell and Robert De Niro.
The show will also star John Goodman, who was recently cast as Kristoff, the brother of Anna and Elsa.
Thomas will play the title role.
The play, which will premiere this fall, is set to be the second Broadway musical for the talented, young actress.
She was also nominated for a Tony Award for her work in the film “Anna.”
The Broadway production is a collaboration between Broadway and Broadway Music.
“Frost/Nixon” was written by Mark Schierberg and Mark Rylance and will be directed by Mark B. James.
“It’s a very different kind of Broadway musical than ‘Aida,'” James said.
“This is a more personal story.
It’s a more intimate and more intimate look at the characters and the events that took place.”
Schierberger is known for his work on the “Aida” series.
The musical is based on the story of a young girl named Aurora who is rescued from a snow-covered frozen lake by her father, Olaf, who is a member of the Frost family.
The character, Elsa, was inspired by the life and work of Canadian singer-songwriter and lyricist Anna Kendrick, who wrote songs such as “A Different World” and “Walking on the Moon.”
The “Fluorescent Freaks” star is repped by CAA, Principato-Young Entertainment, Princips, and LBI.
The “Ariel” musical is produced by Broadway Music, Tony Award-nominated director Robert B. Daniels and Mark Schirieri.
The production will be based on a short story by “Fleeing the Country,” by the Canadian writer-director, and is set in the fictional town of Frost, Ontario, which has been described as a “little sister” of the fictional kingdom of Arendelle.
The company also released the lyrics to the song “Amor Fria.”
“We were thrilled to be partnering with Broadway Music and Tony Award winners Mark Schiri and Mark B James to create the musical Frozen, a musical about a family that lived their life together and then found love, friendship and happiness on the big screen,” Schierauers wrote in a statement.
“Avalon is a story of love, perseverance and sacrifice.
We have a lot of faith in this new musical, which we hope will be an exciting and fun experience for audiences across the country and beyond.”
“Frenzy” is directed by Tony Award winner J.D. DeMatteis, with a screenplay by Mark R. Lewis.
The film is set for a March 20 release in theaters and is based off the book by the same name by former “Saturday Night Live” cast member James Corden.
